LVMH Group in Japan is looking for an IT Retail Manager in Tokyo to join one of our luxury Maison to deal with on day to day basis ongoing Hands-on support of computers, networks, servers, cloud environments, IP Phones, iPhones, iPads, hardware and software both remotely and on-site for the Office and Store users and have one reporting line.
This position will offer you the opportunity to work with the team on wider projects outside of the normal scope of support and Help Desk activity.

Bachelor’s degree, certification or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of similar or related experience in the Retail IndustryExperience in
Combination of systems implementations and system operation support cross-functionally by a multilingual team with an understanding of business practices in the retail industry
Windows and MS Office Applications supportTechnical experience/ knowledge
SAP, BeanStore/CEGID (POS), SQL server, Microsoft Access
Batch Job management
Office365 - strong knowledge of applications
Network - DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP
Basic knowledge of Windows Server
Basic computer troubleshooting
Windows 10
IP Phone
AirWatch (HUB), WorkspaceOne
Remote/on-site support to end-users
Printer configuration and set-up
Citrix basic administration
Hardware/software inventory management
PC, iPhone, iPad, PDT kitting

The support activities include hands on day to day activities, as well as managing system modification to meet the business needs and new system development. Responsibilities include but not limited to,
Providing day to day support activities
Managing relationship with external IT & related service providers in Japan as well as counterparts of IT team in global HQNetwork:
Maintains and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership
Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level
Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needsTelephony:
Oversees the planning and management of telephone system and manages company-wide upgrade efforts for Office & storesHelp Desk:
Supervise the help desk to upgrade service level and support operations during stores business hoursAsset Management:
Maintains the inventory of assets
Follow the purchase for stores and corporate IT equipmentIS Services:
Manage all IS service support operation (incident, problem, change management,…)
Be accountable for the stability and monitoring of the systems
