Key Responsibilities:
- An IT Architect with a deep understanding of unified communications/messaging infrastructure with ability to build hybrid environment or migrating user data from on premise infrastructure to Office 365.
- Aware about security approaches for information protection in cloud environment to satisfy customer security requirements.
- Able to effectively undertake challenges and have experience in leading a project in a complex environment.
- Able to present business cases, strategies and solutions and have an excellent communication skill.
- Deep understanding of processes and steps required for migrating user data and configuration settings from one infrastructure to another.
- Provide top level business and technology architecture consultancy services to our clients.
- Provide input to the design of M365 based solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders involved in Cloud adoption and transformation projects to deliver security by design in every phase of the project.
Requirements
Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience in designing, solution & Migrating workloads to M365.
- Must have strong hands-on experience working on AZURE AD (Azure Active Directory) and M365.
- Good knowledge on Workplace transformation for End users embracing M365 services by Microsoft.
- Office 365 - at least 3 years of practical experience with the following services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online (OneDrive), Teams, Skype for Business Online, Azure AD.
- Exchange Server Infrastructure (On-Premise) – at least 3 years of experience with User Data Managing, Client Assess, Federation Trusts, Mail flow and key security aspects.
- Identity Management (Active Directory, ADFS, MIM) – Deep understanding of Authentication Protocols, Data Synchronization and security aspects of Identity Management.
- SharePoint – understanding architecture and data migration approaches.
- Have a knowledge of any IT process model like ITIL.
- Strong expertise in the below areas:
- Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Azure Identity Management and Azure AD Premium.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager for Windows 10, iOS, Android and MacOS.
- Microsoft Information Protection.
- Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Microsoft Defender for Identity.
- Office 365 Security.
- Manage data governance and retention.
- Windows 10 Security.
- Microsoft Cloud App Security.
- Azure Security, including Azure Sentinel.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Active Directory and Azure AD.
