概要 (High-level Description; including manage team/individuals or not)

中間製品である錠剤、注射剤等の医薬品を検査・包装するための機械(錠剤検査機、ブリスター包装機、カートナー、ボトル充填機等)のマシンオペレーター業務をしながら、担当工程に従事する作業者を管理したり、同じ機器を取り扱うマシンオペレーターと協働したりする。

また、担当工程でトラブル発生時等の通常業務以外においても、検査・包装ラインスペシャリスト等をサポートする。

役割と責任範囲 (Roles & responsibilities) その業務に従事する場合にカバーする全範囲、責任が及ぶ範囲、成/否時のビジネスインパクト、グローバルチームとの関わり度合い、対応するステークホルダーの種類と範囲、どの程度上位者のサポートを受けないと期待値を満たさないか、チーム/部の構成員に対するパフォーマンスの極大化(評価/育成/モチベーション/職場環境の適正化)を図る場合に必要な要素、レポート関係に無いチームの取りまとめがある場合はその旨記載し必要な要素を含める。

主に、下記の役割において、上司となる検査・包装ラインスペシャリストもしくはスーパーバイザーが指示した業務を理解し、上司の指示の基で上司の支援を受けながら、担当する専門的な包装工程の実務責任者として、 GMP/EHSの知識/スキルを発揮し、機械設備だけでなく、メンバーを指示、指導及び管理して業務を遂行する。また、担当する工程で、トラブルや問題が発生した場合、過去の事例や処置手順に基づいて解決策を提供し、上司と共に解決する。

それらの結果の要約を担当の検査・包装ラインスペシャリストに報告する。ラインスペシャリストがその工程に不在の場合、スーパーバイザーに報告してもよい。

専門的な情報である場合においても、メンバーと共有すべき情報であれば、簡潔で分かりやすく情報を整理して、メンバーに伝える。また、上司に報告すべき情報も、簡潔に報告する。

検査作業資格がある場合、上司の指示により、検査作業にも従事することがある。

    • 担当機械/工程管理及び監視
    • 機械の日常点検業務、作業環境管理
    • 工程準備、機械操作・組替・調整業務
    • 記録書の記録及び確認
    • 目視検査
    • 定期・不定期バリデーション業務/定期・不定期資格検定実施業務
    • 新人トレーニング実施業務
    • 機械の業者点検のサポート
    • トラブル発生時の業者への対応(上司のサポート/指導を受けながら)
    • その他上記に準ずる包装・検査/事務作業

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
