The Role:
Responsible for the safe and timely removal of snow from access roads, parking areas, and walkways across the property portfolio during the winter season. Manage vehicle-related documentation and ensure all accident reporting procedures are followed from an administrative standpoint.

冬季における管理物件の除雪、排雪作業を安全、かつ迅速にしていただきます。
管理物件敷地内の駐車場、歩道、玄関前などを除雪・排雪し、住人の安全で快適な生活の確保に努めていただきます。
使用車両もしくは機械の日常における維持管理と作業内容、事故等の日々の報告業務もしていただきます。
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Safely execute the timely removal of snow from access roads, parking areas, and walkways during the winter season.
- Perform vehicle inspection and assist with the maintenance and repair schedule for company vehicles
- Maintain accurate records, including compliance documents like Shaken records and insurance.
- Follow all administrative accident reporting procedures correctly and promptly.
- Perform general vehicle operation tasks as directed by the Property team.

- 除雪重機・排雪車両の運転と、重機車両を使用した除雪・排雪作業
- 除雪機械、車両の日々のメンテナンスや給油作業
- 弊社社員寮・倉庫・店舗等の敷地内除雪・排雪作業
- 天候や積雪状況から適切な除雪計画を立て実行
- 施設の積雪状況などをチームと共有する
- 施設管理チームとの円滑なコミュニケーション
- その他施設管理維持に必要とされること
What you need to succeed
- Driver’s License: A valid driver's license (to travel between assigned staff accommodations and commercial properties).
- Applicants must possess a heavy equipment operator's license, have completed the necessary training course for operating construction machinery (for leveling, transporting, loading, and excavating), and have the relevant work license.
