About the role:
The Mobile Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintainer Boilermaker to join them.
Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on our diverse fleet of heavy equipment.
This position will mark out, cut, shape, assemble and join metal materials and parts to mobile equipment to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, in accordance with site procedures and instructions.
Duties:
- Carrying out inspections, servicing and maintenance to the heavy equipment fleet
- Ensuring mechanical issues are resolved quickly and effectively to ensure vehicles remain available
- Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed
- Applying knowledge of products, techniques and processes to carry out tasks
Skills and Experience:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
- Forklift, EWP, Crane, Dogging and Basic Rigging licences
- Extensive experience working on Atlas Copco Drill Riggs, Hitachi Excavators & Trucks, and Caterpillar Hauling and Ancillary equipment.
- SAP Knowledge and basic computer skills
