Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Implementation

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives within the product/pricing function
  • Design and build AI agents using Copilot Studio, focusing on:
    • Document generation and automation
    • Intelligent document review and validation
    • Knowledge management and conversational AI (knowledge bots)
  • Establish best practices for prompt design, workflow orchestration, and governance

AI Adoption & Scaling

  • Drive citizen AI programs, enabling non-technical users to leverage AI tools effectively
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases across business units
  • Act as a thought leader and internal evangelist for AI capabilities

Process Optimization

  • Analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency through AI and automation
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness

Business & Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis to support product strategy
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Support decision-making through data visualization and reporting

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, data, actuarial, and business teams
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and stakeholders
  • Communicate complex AI and analytical concepts in a clear and business-relevant way

Required Skills and Experience:

Experiences:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or advanced analytics
  • Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions in business environments
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of leading projects or teams in a matrix organization

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of:Machine learning and AI concepts (NLP, LLMs, automation) AI application development and deployment
  • Experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar AI tools. Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Workflow automation and system integration
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent design is a strong advantage
