About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing leadership and direction for all maintenance elements of the largest integrated wet iron ore processing facility in Australia.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead the Maintenance teams and help build a supportive collaborative culture that safely maintain the assets, so they can deliver the availability required to achieve production and cost targets.
Essential skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Recognised experience management of processing facilities
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performance, diverse teams and establish efficient and productive systems and processes.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing and building an improvement team led mindset.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience in condition monitoring, maintenance planning and maintenance execution.
- Exposure to asset management philosophy
