LVMH Fashion Group Japan role is to support several fashion Maisons in Japan to reach and surpass their business goals, hand-to-hand with LVMH Fashion Group Division Headquarter, Maisons Headquarters and LVMH Group functions.
LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T team provides full scope of services to Celine (HQ: Paris), Loewe (HQ: Madrid), Givenchy (HQ: Paris) and Kenzo (HQ: Paris) representing about 160 stores and 400 point of sales as well as 200 employees in charge of back-office operations.
As LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T department, we position ourselves as a business partner entity, providing IS&T support, guidance, training, services and delivery to our Maisons.
Our objective is that they can excel in their omnichannel digital transformation, deliver outstanding services to their Customers and further develop Brand desirability.
スキル・資格
• Minimum of +7 years’ IT experience and +5 years’ experience in digitalization and/or Store front office application engineering.
• Experience with large-scale application projects such as CRM, ERP, POS, e-commerce implementation
• Strong Project management skills.
• Experience working in the retail industry a big plus.
• Fluent in Japanese; Business English a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems are preferable.
業務内容
The Front Office & Digital Manager will lead digitalization working and POS related activity closely with business counterparts. With expertise in both domains, this person will bridge the communication between business and IT, transpose business needs into technical specification. Technically this person will work with central IT team with responsibilities to provide high-level support for applications.
• Act as main point of contact between business and IT regarding Digital and Front Office related activities.
• Assist business with their digitalization initiatives as an IT expert.
• Assess business process requirements, identify and propose applicative solution to make business more efficient and successful.
• Maintain positive client relationships with key stakeholders, analyze user experience and gain constructive feedback, provide advices and trainings when needed.
• Coordinate and support application projects including new implementation and upgrade.
• Monitor and report applications performance and SLAs.
• Provide high level support for application and supervise incidents.
• Leads efforts to implement best-practice processes for application monitoring and support.
• Engage in pro-active communication and promote synergy within LVMH group different IT and IS entities.
