JOB TITLE: RETAIL DESIGN MANAGER

MISSION STATEMENT:
  • Identify needs and opportunities for each door and implement a trade strategy (events, media and specific trade actions) that will increase our visibility /sales, strengthen our retailer partnerships in line with the company strategy and priorities
  • Increase the impact and the visibility of the Givenchy brand on all supports (counters, outposts, edition tools.) in line with the company strategy and the local requirements

    Experience: Minimum 8 year experiences in Marketing and Sales/Retail/Trade Marketing in cosmetics, luxury brands or FMCG.
    Language: Fluent in Japanese and English

    業務内容
    Sales Promotional Events (outposts, seminars.)
  • Review, improve and approve the event strategy and planning for LFB KK
  • Work with sales team and merchandising teams to maximize impact and sales of each event
  • Coordinate event information with all marketing teams to insure full coverage
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of each store promotional event and propose ideas for improvement.
    Media to trade
  • Review, improve and approve the media strategy and planning for trade magazines
  • Work with sales team to maximize visibility and offer according to the marketing plan and store specificities
    Specific trade marketing support
  • Identify need and opportunities for each door to improve sales and visibility outside regular national campaigns.
    This implies getting to know the stores (what issues are we facing), the stores opportunities (card actions, VIPs, store specific events.) and being curious of what other brands are doing.
  • Propose specific trade marketing plan for top 10 doors
  • Bring support to the sales team to help them maximize their presentations and requests and get better space / visibility / opportunities and gain the retailers trust.
    GWP Operation Control
  • Manage and allocation GWP for operations (events, exclusivities, special push.) in accordance with the trade marketing strategy and the company priorities
  • Propose specific kits using GWPs for special trade actions (opening kits, store exclusive kit, event kit.)
    VMD/MD
  • Increase impact and visibility of the Givenchy brand at counter, on outposts and on VMD tools (including DM)
  • Be in charge of the implementation of counter design according to LVMH Fragrance Brands SA guidelines and business directions.
  • Implementation and control of visual merchandising concept for counter display according to LVMH Fragrance Brands SA direction.
  • Create and image control material for counters (GWP, print materials, Shopping bags, etc.)
  • Manage and create materials for local promotion and events
  • Give display instruction based on marketing calendar
