The director OCC Leads the end-to-end execution and governance of the OCC Order-to-Cash (O2C) process across the region, covering:
· Customer Onboarding (including Master data)
· Customer Care
· Order Management
· Order Fulfilment coordination
The Director OCC ensures that:
· OCC acts as single point of control for O2C execution
· Processes are standardized, measurable, and scalable
· Performance is proactively managed through KPIs and root-cause resolution
The Director OCC:
· Owns service performance, governance, and process standardization across the region
· Drives cross-country alignment, efficiency, and transparency
· Ensures data-driven decision making and clear accountability models
· Acts as the central orchestrator across Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Operations
The role is responsible for defining and enforcing the OCC operating model, enabling the transition toward centrally governed, standardized, and scalable operations.
The role is Accountable for execution and governance, while partnering with Finance , Logistics, Operations and Planning as interfacing functions (not owned).
- Defines and leads the OCC strategy, operating model, and governance framework across the region
- Owns end-to-end service performance, including SLA adherence, backlog management, and customer satisfaction
- Drives continuous improvement and innovation in tools, processes, and service delivery models
