Position Overview:
This role will drive profitable growth by leading the bottlers*1 to execute best-optimized sales activities in market. Providing thought leadership, best practices in other markets and pilot programs, designing of PICOs*2 that we will realize in collaboration with the bottlers.
Conduct regular communication as well as recommendation on course-correction programs when needed, both to the bottler and internal functions throughout the process.
Need to demonstrate thought leadership to bottlers for capturing growth based on Country/Channel situation. Articulate the effective and efficient process to achieve the target, with the tools and learnings from other OUs*3 to drive quality distribution and execution of our brands in-store.
One specific requirement for this position is to exchange learnings and activity plans between markets or beyond countries and OUs. Within our OU, there exists clear differences in terms of Channel Mix/Category Mix, accordingly strategic focus and capability strength are different.
This requires both analytical skills and leadership skills toward stakeholders. Also, need to provide the learnings from JK OU to Global CCL community
