Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) – Manager/Senior Manager
Supplier Relationship Management is responsible for actively managing strategic and key suppliers across the full contract lifecycle. From pre‑contract support through post‑contract execution, to protect value, reduce risk, and strengthen long term partnerships.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Manager/Senior Manager who will be responsible for the successful execution of supplier management activities across the contract lifecycle. The incumbent will manage commercial, contractual, performance and governance activities for strategic supplier engagements, ensuring supplier performance, contract compliance, service quality and value realization.
This role requires strong analytical, commercial and presentation skills to develop executive dashboards, supplier scorecards, governance reports and leadership presentations. The successful candidate will work closely with the broader SRM team, Sourcing Managers, Global Procurement Executives, Vendor Risk & Compliance Owners, Business Operations, EY IT, EY GCO, EY Finance and Supplier personnel to drive supplier performance management, service credit realization, invoice validation, change request governance, transformation initiatives, tool deployments, issue escalation management and continuous improvement while delivering measurable business value and fostering strong supplier relationships.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead strategic supplier relationships, governance forums, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting to drive supplier performance, commercial outcomes and value realization.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and suppliers, aligning performance expectations, contractual commitments and service delivery objectives.
- Organize and facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews and steering committees, including preparation of presentations, briefing materials, scorecards and executive dashboards.
- Drive supplier performance management through KPI/SLA reviews, service credits, performance scorecards and contractual compliance assessments.
- Manage supplier risks, critical issues, escalations and corrective action plans (CAPA), ensuring timely resolution and sustainable outcomes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations through supplier performance analysis, governance reporting and commercial reviews.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Risk, IT and supplier organizations to support governance, compliance, transformation and automation initiatives.
- Lead contract governance activities, including change requests, scope modifications, commercial reviews, invoice validation and value-leakage prevention.
- Support supplier due diligence, financial reviews, internal controls, audit requirements and compliance assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement, supplier optimization and transformation initiatives, including operating model changes, transitions and reverse transitions.
- Lead post-transition and post-transformation hypercare activities to ensure service stabilization, stakeholder readiness and business continuity.
- Track governance actions, commitments and dependencies, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of agreed outcomes.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Procurement, Technology or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications and/or professional certifications are an advantage.
- 6+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Vendor Management, Contract Governance or Commercial Management within global organizations.
- Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, supplier governance, contract compliance, commercial reviews and change request management.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to develop executive-ready dashboards, reports and governance insights.
- Experience in KPI/SLA management, supplier performance reporting, transformation initiatives, process improvements and automation programs
