Job Description:
We are planning to hire an experienced bilingual Managing Editor to join our team.
Your core responsibilities will be to plan, manage and oversee publication projects & tasks to empower the team to grow even happier & stronger together.
We are now expanding our in-house capabilities in exciting new ways across:
1- Digital marketing
2- e-commerce & website development
3- SNS & influencer marketing
4- Software development
5- UX/UI design
6- PR
7- Advertising

You are a solution-driven positive-thinker with great people & project management skills.
You master the art of effective communication and your time management and organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
You already managed various editorial projects and teams and you also have advanced or basic knowledge of SEO copywriting.
1- Native English or Japanese level with excellent written and verbal command
2- For native Japanese speaker business English level is preferred
3- Team player
4- Excellent written but also verbal & non-verbal communication & priority management skills
5- Adaptable and able to function well within a highly dynamic environment
6- Great at bringing much needed stability and discipline to projects and teams
7- Able to remain calm under pressure & manage priorities and deadlines
8- Capacity to treat others the way you expect to be treated
9- Highly effective at preventing conflict
10- Willingness to solve problems & create reciprocal opportunities is a must
業務内容
1- To manage all clients' copywriting projects from content marketing to advertising & PR copy
2- To plan, execute and oversea all editorial projects related to RealCRO owned media including SMM, Blog and more
4- To develop effective methods and processes to optimize our publishing workflow
5- To leverage digital technology and tools to optimize content production and guarantee content value & impact
6- To grow and manage a multilingual editorial team
7- To develop and maintain successful online & offline publications & platforms
8- To initiate strategic partnerships with inspiring brands and content creators to achieve mutual growth
9- To communicate project progress & utilisation of resources
10- To forecast potential progress and status to various stakeholders
11- To perform other related duties as assigned
12- To support functions necessary for project delivery and completion
