Develop short and mid to long term product strategy, which aligns with Diseas Area Stronghold ( DAS) strategy, and lead the implementation

  1. Sales forecast, and OPEX plan development and communication (New product introduction plan, Life cycle management (JCoT), mid-long term strategic and financial plan (ISD), Short term Business plan, half year strategy and tactics for sales team)
  2. Product PDCA management (KPI setting and review, Data analysis to identify the gap vs. plan, Action plan development and implementation)

Qualifications

Required Experience

・Over 5 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales or marketing experience is desirable) 

・Experience in people management is desirable

・Business level of English and Japanese (Reading/Writing/Speaking) 

・Presentation skills

・Communication skills to involve various stakeholders
