Develop short and mid to long term product strategy, which aligns with DAS strategy, and lead the implementation.
1. OPEX plan development and communication
(Short term Business plan, half year strategy and tactics for sales team)
2. Product PDCA management for promotional materials (KPI setting and review, Data analysis to identify the gap vs. plan, Action plan development and implementation)
3. Strategic alignment with related departments


・Over 5 year working experience in the pharmaceutical industry (sales or marketing experience is desirable)
・Experience in people management is desirable

・Learning agility

・MBA holder is desirable
