Description
* Assist the Marketing Director in defining the vision and strategy for the neuromodulation portfolio.
* Supervise and maximize return on investment for future product launches.
* Foster cross-functional communication to align internal resources and achieve growth targets.
* Define and implement strategies across business, marketing, clinical, reimbursement, and industrial domains.
* Engage in market intelligence, networking, and collaboration with key opinion leaders in the field.
* Manage investments and ensure successful project execution through program reviews and stakeholder collaboration.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including product definitions, launch plans, and communication strategies.
* Participate in Medical Advisory Boards to gather customer insights and integrate them into product development.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on marketing and product launches.
* Knowledge of neuromodulation is preferred.
* Strong marketing technical expertise and ability to manage existing products.
* Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800+); additional language skills are a plus.
* Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with multi-functional teams and analyze financial and technical data.
* Self-motivated, problem-solving attitude, and capable of leading teams effectively.
