You will lead strategic direction and tactical implementation for the existing and emerging Structural Heart portfolios, focusing on patient-centric outcomes and optimal clinical adoption. You will also serve as the primary champion for the portfolios, overseeing all aspects from market analysis and opportunity assessments to long-term planning and new market entry strategies.

Description
* Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for transcatheter technologies in Japan, driving commercial planning, collaboration, and accountability.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to set strategic direction, develop market analysis, and optimize competitive differentiation and patient value.
* Lead product launches, including market analysis, clinical strategy, education, and training, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree and MBA or graduate degree.
* Business-level proficiency in English.
* Minimum of two years of marketing or management consulting experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong interest in technical and clinical subjects.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
