Description
* Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics for the UroLift product, aligning with sales targets and identifying growth opportunities.
* Provide on-site support and training for the salesforce, including conducting field visits and implementing sales force trainings.
* Plan and execute promotional events and activities, such as educational seminars and training workshops, to engage with customers and key opinion leaders.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* Proven experience in medical device marketing, preferably in urology, with a solid understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
