Position Details
You will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to increase the number of companies using the Super DEAL service.

Specific duties:
Premise
- Classify companies based on the products they handle, assign a person in charge for each company group, and plan and execute strategies to increase the number of participating companies within those assigned groups.
- The main focus will be to promote service usage either to dedicated EC consultants (Rakuten employees) who act as intermediaries in communication with each company, or directly to the companies themselves.

Identifying issues for assigned company groups & promoting service usage
Further classify company groups by their specific challenges and promote usage methods that demonstrate how the service can solve those challenges.

Planning, design, and implementation
- Design initiatives to solve issues within company groups and remove bottlenecks that hinder the growth of participating companies.
Example: For a company group struggling with low visit numbers, design and propose an initiative that can increase their visits and have them participate.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to negotiate resources for implementing initiatives, execute the plans, and have companies participate.

Feedback
Provide feedback on the effects brought about by service usage to the assigned company groups and the intervening EC consultants, and connect this to continuous service usage.

*For candidates for leadership positions:
You will be responsible for the management of team members and the formulation of strategies for the entire organization under your jurisdiction.

- EC business experience
