職務概要
接着剤、フィルム、テープ製品を対象に、主に自動車や工業用向けの製品開発を支援するモデリング・シミュレーション業務を担当いただきます。材料特性や構造に関する理解をもとに、数値解析、物理モデル、統計解析などを活用し、製品性能の予測、設計最適化、課題解決を行います。実験・評価データを踏まえながら、製品設計や開発プロセスの高度化に貢献していただきます。また、事業部ラボやコーポレートラボを含むグローバルチームと連携し、技術提案や成果報告も担っていただきます。

職務内容

• 主に自動車や工業用向けの接着剤、フィルム、テープ製品に関するモデリング・シミュレーション業務を実施する
• 材料特性、界面挙動、構造設計などに関する解析を行い、製品性能の予測や設計検討を支援する
• 実験データや評価結果を分析し、製品性能に影響する要因を明らかにする
• 数値解析やシミュレーション結果を活用し、製品設計および開発プロセスの改善・高度化を支援する
• 事業部ラボおよびコーポレートラボを含むグローバルチームと連携する
• 技術レポートを作成し、分析結果や提案内容を関係者および顧客に報告する

応募要件

• 材料科学、材料工学、化学工学、機械工学、または関連分野の修士号
• 大学で有機化学の科目を履修済みであること
• Python、MATLAB、R、または同等のツールを用いた解析経験
• 材料特性または材料構造のモデリング・シミュレーション、または数値解析（例：有限要素解析）に関する5年以上の実務経験
• 実験データの解析および可視化の経験
• 技術的な内容を分かりやすく説明できる高いコミュニケーション能力
• 新しい解析手法や技術を学び、実務に応用する意欲
• 日本語がネイティブレベル、英語がビジネスレベルであること

• 博士号があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
• 材料科学、高分子科学、または接着剤に関する知識
• 自動車や半導体、電子製品における製品開発または顧客対応経験
• 材料評価データや物性試験データの取り扱い経験
• 材料特性予測、構造解析、または設計支援に関する実務経験
