MEMS設計エンジニア
＜職務内容＞
新規MEMS開発、不良発生時の対策、改善などのために、ウエスタンデジタルの海外サイトとも連携しながら、HDD用基幹部品のテストに使用するMEMSの設計、開発業務を担当いただきます。具体的な業務は以下の通り。
- CADによる設計、作図
- FEMシミュレーションによる設計検証
- フォトマスク設計とマスクデータ作成
- MEMSのテスト、評価および設計検証
- 新規MEMS開発の推進、不良や不具合発生時の対策・対応における海外サイトとの協業
Engineer who is in charge of MEMS design work including FEM simulation, photomask design work and MEMS evaluation.
Candidate is expected to work closely with WD overseas colleagues to develop new MEMS and to improve/fix issues if they occur.
資格＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞
- 機械工学、物理、材料工学などの学部卒以上、または、関連分野における1年以上の業務経験
- CAD使用経験
- 計算機シミュレーションの使用経験
- 英語：海外サイトのエンジニアとメール、オンライン会議ができる方
- 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
- 円滑なコミュニケーション能力があり、倫理的かつ積極的で、自立して考え、自発的に業務を遂行できる方
- チームプレーができる方
＜あれば望ましいスキル＞
- フォトマスク設計、作図経験
- マイクロデバイス設計経験またはそのテスト、評価経験
- フォトリソグラフィ、エッチング、薄膜形成などの経験
- VBA, マクロ作成経験
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
Education:Bachelor/Master degree in one of field following areas: Mechanical engineering, Physics, Material Science, or other related science/engineering fields with minimum 1 year experience
Skills: CAD, Computer simulation, or other related engineering experience
Soft skills: Effective communication skill in all aspects. Must be a team player.
Language: English communication skill is required. TOEIC ～600

【想定年収】560万円 ～ 900万円
月給：28万円以上 ※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年２回）

【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。
