Profile
* Experience in merchandising or related roles.
* Proficiency in retail business, especially in luxury or brand contexts.
* Experience in leading retail stores and developing personalized retail strategies.
* Strong numerical skills, interpersonal communication, and team player mentality.
* Fluent in both English and Japanese with experience working in multinational environments.
