Job Description
- 国内民生市場向けMEMS半導体センサの提案営業
- 新規顧客の開拓及び既存顧客との関係強化
- 市場調査及び製品拡販戦略の策定
- 技術チームとの連携によるソリューション提案
- 代理店マネージメント（販売目標の設定、戦略・Action planの共有、進捗管理など)
- Sales Proposals for MEMS Semiconductor Sensors to Domestic Consumer Markets
- Development of New Customers and Relationship Building with Existing Customers
- Market Research and Product Expansion Strategy Formulation
- Collaboration with the Technical Team to Understand Customer Needs and Propose Solutions
- Distributor Management Tasks
Qualifications
- 電子部品または半導体製品の営業経験3年以上、電子部品や半導体代理店の営業経験者も方歓迎
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC 650点以上）
- 明確なコミュニケーションと効果的な交渉ができる能力
- チームでの協働を重視し、共同で目標達成を目指す姿勢
- 市場トレンドを分析し、製品戦略を立案する市場分析経験
- More than 3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or electronic component fields, with experience in semiconductor distributor sales welcome
- Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 650 or above)
- Ability to communicate clearly and negotiate effectively
- A commitment to teamwork and a collaborative approach to achieving goals
- Skills in market analysis, with the ability to analyze market trends and formulate product strategies
Additional Information
- 在宅勤務可：月2回程度の出社。(頻度は部署毎に相談の上設定しております）
- 国内出張：週1回程度の顧客訪問。
- 海外出張：年2回程度のドイツ本社出張。
