生産管理マネージャー / Production Control Manager
Our Team
Supply Chain Planning部門における、生産管理チームをリードするポジションになります。
工場の生産、納期、在庫、コストを担う重要な役割となります。また工場の窓口として営業、協力会社、物流と連携をし、顧客納期を満足するために問題解決を日々行います。
チームサイズは約15名。
What You Will Do
1. 各KPIに対しての責任を持ち、目標達成に向けてリードする。
2. 生産計画の立案と進捗の管理。
3. 納期回答と輸送方法のアレンジをすることで納期を満足できるようメンバーをリードする。
4. 需要予測から戦略在庫の維持とオペレーションチームと協力し、生産効率の最大化を行う。
5. 他部門と連携を行い、生産遅延等の問題解決を行う。
6. 部品供給の安定を図り、生産LTの改善を行う。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
・ Microsoft office使用経験（Excel、Power point）
・ Projectをリードした経験
・ マネージメント経験
・ 製造業の経験
・ 日本語：ビジネス上級レベル
・ 英語：日常会話レベル
