Business Planning & Control Senior Manager is responsible to deliver accurate and relevant financial planning, information & analyses to FD and management members of the company for their better and timely decision making. Be a future management candidate and lead junior staffs.

Languages
• Fluency in both Japanese and English
Professional experience & know how
• Minimum knowledge of GAAP required, CPA is a plus
• 7-10 years experience of which at least 5+ years in a similar finance role in large US or European multinational company
• Experience in implementation of integrated business system is a plus

業務内容
Financial Reporting - 20%
• Report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial data in compliance with MH/Diageo accounting policies and procedures.
• Always prepare relevant and high quality analyses and commentaries to support financial analyses.
• Ensure complete accuracy and efficient time management to reporting tasks.
Business Planning - 30%
• Support FD and management members to develop annual budget.
• Drive the company to achieve committed targets, financial or operational, by providing effective financial analyses to all key stakeholders in effective manner.
• Support volume forecast and report financial forecast on time in full by smartly managing large information and keeping data in organized manner.
• Actively propose solutions to improve company and brand profitability.
Commercial Finance - 30%
• Always seek for most efficient allocation of sales resources including trade rebates funds and sales A&P.
• Analyze profitability by channel by POS and share the insight and recommendation
• Develop strong processes and monitor progress of the compliance
• Make sure that sales performance including depletion data is properly managed with concrete evidences
Capability Development - 20%
• Continuously improve ways of working for efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop, coach and train team members.
• Support IT or lead the project when developing information technology needed to carry out tasks
学歴
University degree, Finance/ Accounting degree preferred. MBA preferred.
