Job Description:
- This is a project manager position driving projects that implement, migrate, and transform communication and collaboration platforms centered on Microsoft 365.
- You will lead the digital workplace transformation and M365 modernization of major companies by collaborating with global teams in Japan and India.
Job Qualifications:
- Project management experience managing multiple projects in parallel
- General knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hybrid projects combining onsite and offshore
- Experience as an agile developer or Scrum Master
- Analyze customer challenges, Experience in creating new proposals and projects
- Team management, talent development, and evaluation
- Strong ownership and the ability to drive things forward responsibly to the end
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, and IAM-related projects
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and Business level English (or higher)
