JobDescription: Mid – Senior Level Consultant

Emerge Global K.K. has an excellent opportunity for a motivated, Bilingual RecruitmentSpecialist.

Your Responsibilities:

· Permanent Placement Sales.

· Client Development.

· Network, Self-brand, promote Emerge Global K.K.

· Work closely with clients to regularly bring in new mandates.

· Negotiate employee contracts, terms and conditions andsalary.

· Interview and qualify candidates.

· Manage the hiring process from start to finish.

· Effectively manage client expectations during the hiringprocess.

Requirements:

· Over 3 years’ experience in Sales and ClientManagement as a recruitment consultant or HR/Talent acquisitionspecialist.

· Local and regional market knowledge including relevantlegal provisions.

· Native level in Japanese and business level in English orNative level in English and conversational level in Japanese.

· You have achieved more than 15M JPY in revenue generationper year.

· Professional, reliable and well-presented

· Outstanding Time Management - you know how to prioritize tasks.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
