Mobile App Team Lead (m/f/d) - relocation

Our partner, a successful company in the Internet Publishing sector, is looking for a Mobile App Team Lead (m/f/d) to drive the development of its digital platform. This is a full-time permanent position onsite in Munich, Germany (partial work from home is possible).

Your responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary management of the app team
• Take part in the technical implementation
• Technical coaching and further development of your employees
• Work closely with other development teams, product management and senior management to design a best-in-class solution for a fully automated identification process

Required qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in native app development (Android/iOS, Swift, Kotlin)
• Ideally initial experience in management roles
• A degree/diploma in computer science (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of established CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Bamboo, BitBucket Pipelines)
• Extensive experience in implementation, operation and continuous optimization of a state-of-the-art SDK (Android aar, iOS Framework) in production
• Preferably experience in computer vision (OpenCV) and client-side performance optimization
• Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, strong implementation skills, commitment and a high level of motivation
• Strong English (from C1) – German is a plus
