Job Description

•商談発掘からクローズに至るまで、ISSと連携して顧客との強固なビジネス関係を構築する

•詳細な製品知識とその顧客アウトカムである臨床的・経済的ベネフィット、製品ポジショニング、バリュープロポジション、ソリューション情報を有し、それらを使ってプレゼンテーション等での効果的な差別化を行う事ができる

•チーム全体の知識力向上のために、その知識やスキルをタイムリーにチームメンバーにシェアする

•セールスプロセス上の早期ステージを含む各ステージにおいて、ISS/BSL/ZLと連携し、ジョブ全体のストーリーを理解した上で、ジョブ戦略を検討、次のアクションを提言する

•現場の放科Dr, 技師、臨床科、CXOとの関係構築を行い、重要な決定権者の特定、そのニーズを探り、他社との差別化を含めた提案をする

•担当製品、ソリューション戦略、その他提供物に関して、競合他社の動き、市場の動き等に応じて、ISSに対し適切なトレーニングを実施する

•現場や競合のデータから市場トレンドを分析しエリアでの戦略を策定、ISS/BSL/ZLを巻き込んで実行に移すと共に、常にその振り返りを行い、次のアクションに繋げる

•ISS/BSL/ZLと連携して、担当エリア/Zone、製品においてのＫＯＬとのネットワークを構築する

•プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場でＮＰＩのインパクトを最大化する

•医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する

•One GEHCとして、超音波、LCS、SVを含む社内lメンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する

・Required Qualifications

・放射線技術、特にマンモグラフィや骨密度測定装置に関する専門知識を有すること

・医療機器メーカーでの経験を有することが望ましい（3年以上の経験があれば尚可）

・戦略的な取引、交渉を含めた営業等の経験があること

・プロセスにおける問題解決の過程において、外部および組織チームメンバーをつないだ経験があること

・複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること

・担当地域内を出張が可能であること

・業務上の自動車運転が可能であること
