業務内容
FUKUI MEGANE INDUSTRY CO., LTD. -TITANIUM MANUFACTURING MGM JUNIOR
Reporting to the TITANIUM MANUFACTURING MANAGER
1) Responsible for the production processes management, operators' efficiency and work schedule
2) Planning and organizing production schedules
3) Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with corporate management team
4) Work closely with Engineering team, Quality team, Facility maintenance team, internal and overseas.
5) Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
6) Organizing relevant training sessions
7) Ensuring that health and safety regulations are aligned with production process
8) Other jobs designated by top management of FMIC
チタンエリア 　生産管理　ジュニア―として、量産プロセスの管理の業務を行っていただきます。
１．生産工程の管理、オペレーターの効率化、作業スケジュールの責任者
２. 生産スケジュールの立案と調整
3. 予算策定のため計画をたて、取りまとめる
4. 社内各部門との連携、海外グループ会社との連携
5. 生産スケジュールに対しての進捗確認、評価
6. 研修の計画を行う
7. 生産工程が安全衛生に反しないよう確認する
8. その他必要となった業務
学歴
Bachelor or above, major Engineering.
工学の学士号以上
