Job Description

As Business Leader of MSOL Japan, you will be responsible for managing MSOL Japan organization while developing and implementing MSOL Japan business growth strategy.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide insight, encourage the team and practice strong leadership to assure the Japan business meets and exceeds agreed business targets whilst strengthening its position in the market.

In this Role, your responsibilities will be:

  1. Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Measurement Solution business unit goals and objectives.
  2. Accountable for managing Sales & Marketing, Customer care Service organization for overall MSOL Japan business.
  3. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective business strategies based on market understanding.
  4. Cultivate Diversity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within MSOL business.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and collaborators.
  6. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance to achieve business unit targets.
  7. Collaborate with MSOL Asia Pacific leadership team, other business units and departments to optimize overall organizational performance.
  8. Be responsible for profit and loss of businesses.
