Location: Japan (Kawasaki)

Role Overview:

In this key role, you will manage and drive direct sales efforts to a set of key accounts and strategic partners within the region. Your focus will be to develop and execute strategic account plans focused on achieving public sector adoption of AlaxalA products and services. Build management relationships with key buyers and influencers and leverage them during the sales process. Works with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver bids, proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and statements of work for advertised opportunities. Negotiate business terms with clients to achieve win-win results and provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate business opportunities in the public sector and manage the sales process until the sale closes.
  • Achieving agreed quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage key AlaxalA partners and end users within the region.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience selling to public end users and strategic partners within the region.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience selling network and security products and services.
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to key accounts and strategic partners within the region.
  • Proven track record of achieving quotas and career stability.
  • Experience closing large transactions is desirable.
  • Excellent presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker who can drive deals through the sales cycle.
  • Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Competitive spirit, independence, hunter-type spirit.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Graduate degree preferred.
