Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end network transformation programs covering SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN and related infrastructure modernization scope
- Own program governance, delivery planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions and executive reporting
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, field services, OEMs and subcontractors for successful delivery
- Drive site readiness, migration planning, change control, cutover coordination and operational handover activities
- Manage customer communication in Japanese and English, ensuring clarity with Japanese stakeholders and global teams
- Track delivery commitments against agreed scope, schedule, quality, SLA and contractual expectations
- Facilitate technical discussions on SD-WAN, LAN refresh, connectivity, security integration and operational readiness
- Manage escalations, critical issues and cross-functional dependencies to ensure timely closure
- Support continuous improvement through process governance, automation opportunities and service transition best practices
Required Qualifications
- B.S/B.E/B.Tech degree
- 12+ years of infrastructure delivery or program management experience
- Strong experience managing network transformation or infrastructure modernization programs
- Good understanding of SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN refresh, routing, switching and network security concepts
- Experience in multi-site rollout, migration, cutover and operational handover planning
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, actions, issues and change governance
- Ability to work with Japanese customers, global delivery teams, OEMs, partners and subcontractors
- Experience preparing status reports, steering committee updates, RAID logs and executive dashboards
- Knowledge of ITIL-based operations, transition management and service readiness processes
- Strong vendor governance skills to monitor quality, cost, timelines and contractual deliverables
- Strong knowledge of program governance, delivery controls, risk management and quality processes
- Experience with project tracking tools, reporting dashboards, RAID logs and action trackers
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to establish clear processes, meeting cadence, escalation paths and delivery governance
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on accountability, discipline and delivery predictability
- Ability to build trust with Japanese customers through structured, respectful and clear communication
- Effective stakeholder management across customer leadership, internal teams, OEMs and delivery partners
- Strong facilitation, presentation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to mentor teams, drive collaboration and maintain focus during complex transformation programs
