We are currently seeking a Network Security Engineer (Zscaler) to join our team in Tokyo, Tokyo (JP-13), Japan (JP).

Job Responsibilities:

• As a technical support engineer for the ZScaler platform, engage and empathize with customers/users to support and resolve technical issues through completion leading to a good customer experience with effective customer interactions.
• Work with the Zscaler ZIA portal. Creating Zscaler firewall control policy based on change request.
• Creation of GRE Tunnel / IPsec tunnel configuration.
• Location Management and Sublocation policy configuration.
• URL and cloud app control configuration 8 SSL inspection policy configuration.
• Configuring the Advanced Threat Protection Policy.
• Configuring Source IP anchoring . Hosted PAC file configuration

Requirement:.

• Minimum 7 years experience in supporting enterprise customers/users on ZScaler platform
• Experienced with the Zscaler ZIA portal, creation of Zscaler firewall control policy based on change request, creation of GRE Tunnel / IPsec tunnel configuration
• Excellent knowledge of Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark) and Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS)
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with the necessary tools. (Ping, Treaceroute, MTR etc). Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, DNS etc.
• Good have ZScaler Trained and Certified (ZIA & ZPA).
• Other proxy vendors certifications and experience is also preferred
• Good communication skills with experience working in a matrix and distributed team(s) setup
• Preferred Native Japanese or Billigual - English & Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 standards)
• Require to work remotely, working hours from 8 to 5pm Japan time
• Require to be work on on-call support for incident handling for 24x7.
