Senior Network Services Engineer in BlueCat & Cloudflare

Job Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure using BlueCat BAM/BDDS
• Manage authoritative and recursive DNS services across hybrid cloud environments
• Administer Cloudflare external DNS, CDN, WAF, SSL/TLS, and edge security services
• Develop Python automation for DNS provisioning, auditing, reporting, and lifecycle management
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Manage DNS governance, naming standards, IPAM allocation strategy, and operational documentation
• Troubleshoot complex DNS resolution, DHCP allocation, and CDN/WAF issues
• Integrate DDI services with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, ServiceNow, and security tooling
• Improve platform resiliency, scalability, and operational maturity through automation
• Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for DNS and internet-edge services

Job Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM
• BlueCat BAM/BDDS administration
• Cloudflare DNS/WAF/CDN administration
• Python scripting and REST API integration
• Terraform and/or Ansible
• DNS security and DNSSEC
• Hybrid cloud networking
• Git-based workflow familiarity
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
