Description
* Manage day-to-day office administrative activity such as mail, visitors receptance, etc.
* Communicate with the building management and maintenance, equipment provider, etc.
* Manage operations and logistics related to the sales activities of direct and indirect customers.
* Handle operational tasks for HR activities, such as onboarding, new employees' orientations, attendance reports, employee gifts, travel related logistics, etc.
* Manage communication between HQ and Japanese authorities/local service providers.
Profile
* Experience in administrative operational role (Admin support, Office Coordinator, Group Assistant, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and writing communication in both English and Japanese (native level)
* Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, with a "can-do!" attitude
* Ability to work in an international team with a teamwork spirit.
* Detail oriented with strong sense of confidentiality
