Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Juken Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality entrance exam and interview preparation services to our students. As an Online Juken Teacher, you will be responsible for conducting online classes, developing lesson plans, and providing personalized guidance to students to help them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes for students preparing for entrance exams and interviews for top universities and schools in Japan and abroad
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students to help them improve their academic performance
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with the team to develop and update teaching materials and resources
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in entrance exam and interview preparation techniques and incorporate them into teaching methods
- Attend training and professional development sessions as required by the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a teacher or tutor, preferably in entrance exam and interview preparation
- Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of entrance exam and interview preparation techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with the Japanese education system and entrance exam requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and student needs
- Reliable and committed to providing high-quality education services to students
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for a minimum of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
