Job Description

We all have a critical role to play and add value. Here is how this role will help:

  • Manage team performance, development plans and training
  • Scope/size, design and implement an optimized resourcing model, that can react to demand and support requirements, across the region Europe
  • Review existing desktop procedures and operating manuals and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Identify and bring to the attention of the Regional Procurement Operations Delivery Manager those escalations that require assistance
  • Ticket and overall group analysis to provide reports or data for improvements
  • Take part in global Procurement Operations meeting sessions, discuss and analyze the operational subjects which require attention and action due to the business area needs
  • Define, implement, monitor & execute agreed SLAs for service delivery
  • Support projects as required

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 7+ of work experience (including minimum 2 years of people management), in Customer Service/ Accounts Payable/Procurement/P2P or I2P operations at multinational companies; Shared Services Center environment is beneficial
  • Ideally knowledge of Ariba or equivalent procurement application solutions
  • Fluent English knowledge (additionally French/German/Spanish/Italian is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently as well as lead and participate in cross-functional teams
  • Leading a high performing team, from both results and people development perspective
  • Analytical mind, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Active learner mindset with ability to adapt in a continuous changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly to different stakeholders
  • High sense of prioritization, strong customer focus
