Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Responsible for general accounting and policy application & process administration for mainly around cash, payables, intercompany transactions, and tax. Understand and interpret applicable Enterprise Standards, SOP and Process Maps to deliver globally competitive financial process/accounting services.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements:
This role requires 3 years of advanced experience in the Finance & Accounting Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Understanding of US GAAP and also Japanese STAT/Tax regulations.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
