製造オペレーター / Manufacturing Operator

Our Team

同社にて、コネクター製造オペレーターに携わっていただきます。具体的には、組立工程、めっき工程、プレス工程、成形工程のいずれかへの配属となります。

What You Will Do

・ 組立工程、プレス工程、成形工程の設備オペレーション（通常メンテナンス、材料投入・交換、停止時復旧作業、等）

・ めっきラインでの材料交換業務/薬品補充業務、ライン保全及び生産プレス品の検査測定業務、等

・ 生産性向上の為の設備改善・試作（新製品/既存品改善）等

・ 自工程/他工程との情報の共有

・ PC作業（Sharepoint／メール／Teams等）の業務になります。

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

・ コミュニケーション能力

・ 日本語：口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル

日本語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎

What Will Put You Ahead

・ 改善活動や改善プロジェクトに携わった経験のある方

・ キャリアアップを目指したい方

・ 製造設備のオペレーション経験をお持ちの方

・ 組立工程における機械班・エンジニア、としての経験

・ 組立工程でのプロジェクト推進、改善活動の経験

・ めっき工程に配属される場合は、毒劇物取扱者、危険物取扱者、・公害防止管理者/水質を保持されている方が優先されます。

・ 英語：口頭での日常会話が可能なレベル

英語の読み書きを入社後に学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。
