Product Management
  • Plan / execute / review all new / existing product management
  • Plan / execute / review national / regional promotions
  • Execute / co-ordinate HQ office communication on products issues
    REPORTING STRUCTURE: Direct report to Product Marketing Manager

  • All Marketing Team members (PR, MD& Trade Marketing, CRM & Digital, Product Marketing)

  • BPCM (Business Planning Control Manager)
  • P&C SSC (Logistics, Supply Planning, RA/QA, IS, Purchasing)
  • Central Marketing in LVMH FB
    EXTERNAL RELATIONS: AD / PR / Promotion agencies
    DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES:
  • Manager positions in LVMH FB
  • Senior role of Product Marketing in LVMH FB or LVMH group
  • Relevant Marketing Manager of other LVMH group companies

    Experience: Cosmetics prestige market (Make Up, Skincare, Fragrance category) is preferable
    Language: Fluent in English (TOEIC 850 equivalent), Japanese native
  • PC Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Personality: passionate about the Givenchy and KENZO brand, active, creative, flexible, structured, responsible, opened mind, well organized, likes cosmetics

    業務内容
    Assume Product Management
  • Support to plan and execute new product launch through effective and strategic plan
  • Prepare marketing platform / “Kikakusho” with product concept, launch strategy, A&P materials for each project
  • Monitor strategic product portfolio
  • Create annual marketing calendar for effective implementation of each program by relevant departments
  • Prepare national / local promotion programs to assist counter activities
  • Prepare and provide product information to relevant departments and sales persons for clear understanding of concept and sales talks.
  • Analyze competitors activities.
  • Propose new product development proposal with research/understanding of market trend to Central Marketing.
  • Manage tester, dummy and decide counter display with VMD.
  • Lead to prepare product collateral materials such as consumer leaflets, handouts.
  • Proof reading and color check of IA, ET, Sales AD, DM, SNS.
  • Administer Item Master data management
  • Follow-up logistics by coordinating with Supply Planning and Central Marketing
  • Propose and control expense / budget for new product launch and promotion
  • Other tasks directed by manager
