PH営業部長の下で、通常エリアMRが訪問・アクセスしない動物病院に対し、主に電話やEメール、Web面談システム等のデジタルツールを用いてアプローチを行い、エランコ製品の認知拡大および販売促進活動(売上の最大化)を担う。

アカウンタビリティー3:プロジェクトベースの営業・プロモーション活動
Minimum Qualification (education, experience and/or training, required certifications): 必要要件
【必要な経験・スキル(Required Experience)】
・2年以上の動物薬および医療領域(医療器械含む)での営業経験
・多様な製品・サービスにおける販売経験
【歓迎する経験・スキル(Want)】
・複数のエリアや異なる製品カテゴリーでの営業担当経験
Additional Preferences : その他の要件
Essential Skills / license: (mandatory for hiring)
・非対面での高いコミュニケーション能力、傾聴力

・原則として在宅勤務(フルリモートワーク)
・週1回、関係者(営業マネージャーや関連部署のメンバー等)との対面(Face-to-Face)でのミーティングを実施する。
・ミーティング内で業務のPDCAサイクルを確認し、自身の営業スキル向上やチーム全体のプロセス改善を図る。
