PHOTO Process Engineerは、Ship outビジネスプランを達成するために、Fabラインの生産改善を行う。関連部門との協力体制を構築し、自エリアのOutput最大化とサイクルタイム短縮に責任を負う。人的リソースの最大効率化に取り組み、安定した品質の維持及び向上するための工程管理及び改善を実行する。また、生産阻害要因を顕在化し関連部門と共同で阻害要因の排除を行う為にProjectをリードする。

責任と任務:
• プロセス条件と技術を確立および改善します。
• プロセス能力をアップグレードし、生産コストを削減します。
• プロセス管理プロジェクトを確立および変更します。
• さまざまな半導体装置のプロセスパラメータを設定します。
• 新しい装置/材料の評価、推進、計画。
• 異常な分析と改善。

要件(全てを満たしている必要は無い)
基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する。

仕事に前向きに取り組むことができる。

自己管理（業務、健康）ができること。

関係部門とコミュニケーションを図る能力を有していること。

エリアの問題点の把握、及びその改善を遂行することができること。

データに基づいた問題点抽出や課題の整理を行い、改善を進めることができる。

半導体関係工場にて、エンジニアとしてのプロセス経験を１年以上有する。

基本的なパソコンスキルを有し、MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint を操作することができる。

英語での電子メールの応答、文書作成、コミュニケーションが出来ることが望ましい。
