The Plant Manager assumes a pivotal role in steering the Tochigi Factory towards operational excellence. This leadership position involves comprehensive oversight, from driving daily production activities to strategically managing a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The goal is to ensure the seamless operation of the manufacturing plant while achieving business objectives.
1. Drive Production Activities:
➢ Lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency across diverse production
processes.
➢ Establish and monitor plant performance metrics, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and
internal standards.
➢ Rigorously manage the plant within the allocated budget, overseeing financial functions, and liaising
with third-party suppliers.
2. Promote Continuous Improvement:
➢ Cultivate a conducive working environment that prioritizes productivity, quality, and safety.
➢ Maximize employee contribution through strategic initiatives for enhanced product quality.
➢ Spearhead the design and optimization of work processes using lean management principles.
➢ Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial data and customer metrics, providing insightful
recommendations for improvement.

5. Management Role
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience, or a Master's degree
with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Japanese (Native or
Business level)
- Exhibit expertise in Lean production methods such as Kaizen, Total Quality Management, Six
Sigma, and Kanban.
- Showcase strong process thinking, innovative problem-solving, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Bring experience in group work, shift operations, project management, and injection molding.
- Possess robust leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration
across diverse departments.
