How you’ll make an impact
As part of Power+ Trainee, you will be attending three assignments locally and globally. (First assignment will be locally in Japan) also featured assignments in quality engineering, software engineering, consulting, sales, manufacturing operations, project engineering, project management, R&D, and many more.
You will have a passion for learning, trying new things for your development and business growth also learn to reframe mistakes into learning opportunities.
You will work closely with your rotational managers to achieve all business goals you are expected to deliver, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create new values.
You will work with exciting technologies in our domain space (e.g; HVDC, transformers, grid protection and control, HV circuit breakers, etc.) and the advancements which we can transfer from other sectors (examples range from plasma physics to software architecture).
You will promote the program internally and externally using your network and available tools and channels, build your leadership potential through commitment to Our Leadership Pillars (inspiring engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and trust) also will cultivate our Diversity 360 mindset and incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion into your daily work.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You are either be a student graduating in 2027 with a STEM degree or a graduated within recent 2 years with a STEM degree.
You are willing to relocate for 3 rotations across local/global – relocation assistance is provided.
High interest to thrive and grow your career in the Electrical/Energy industry.
Aspire to promote the progress and development of global sustainable energy.
You are fluent and able to be interviewed in both Japanese and English.
