The Pre-sales Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting Sales team and Product team in technical aspects of solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

Description
You will work with teams to support the pre-sales process of Customer Experience (CX) and Workflow cloud solution.
* Support solution sales on technical side.
* Identify client's issues and perform demonstrations to align our solution with client needs.
* Answer technical questions from customers.
* Provide feedback to product management to improve the product.
* Join and support marketing events.
Profile
* Experience as Pre-sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or other relating roles.
* Expertise in cloud software solution or SaaS.
* Fluent in Japanese and ability to understand basic in English.
