A new international preschool will open in Minato-city in early 2025.
Our concept is "The happiness of children, parents, and childcare providers promote the healthy growth and development of children."
We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Lead preschool teacher who provides quality education to care for and cultivate children's creativity and inquisitive minds at our Pikkas International Preschool opening in early 2025.
To be successful as a childcare provider in this role, you should have a strong growth mindset and passion to provide a safe and comfortable environment not only for the children but also for the families and colleagues which ultimately leads to the joy of learning English for children.

スキル・資格
・2+ years of experience working with young children.
・Strong growth mindset and passion for pieces of training.
・Communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
・Basic computer skills and no resistance to Tech.
・Qualification in childhood education is a plus.
・Currently residing in Japan
・二年以上の保育経験
・高い成長意欲と研修への熱意
・コーチング、コミュニケーション、高い対人スキル
・レポートや計画作成、業務ツールの活用などパソコンを用いた業務に抵抗がないこと
・保育士資格または幼稚園教諭免許または看護師免許
業務内容
・Provide childcare based on our fundamental concepts incorporating overseas educational philosophies such as Montessori, Jena Plan, PYP, Finnish education, and Adlerian psychology for children aged 2 to 5 years old.
・Lead a class with your buddy. (Plan a monthly/ weekly/ daily program with creative ideas based on Japanese national curriculum)
・Communicating proactively with parents.
・Plan and prepare group activities.
・Provide a clean, safe, and organized environment.
・Attend regular meetings and pieces of training required.
・2歳から5歳の幼児に向けた、当園のコンセプトに基づいたモンテッソーリ、イエナプラン、PYP、アドラー心理学、フィンランド教育などの海外の教育哲学を取り入れた保育を行う
・クラスパートナーと共にクラスをリードする
（保育指針を基盤とし新しいアイデアを取り入れた日案、週案、月案、年間計画の作成とドキュメンテーションの作成、実施）
・保護者との積極的なコミュニケーションを行う
・清潔で安全な環境を維持する
・各種ミーティングやトレーニングに参加する
学歴
・Degree in education, with a focus on early childhood development, or equivalent.
・教育に関する学士課程以上若しくは同等のご経験

開園は2024年末から2025年頭を想定しております。
