■職務の目的
会社戦略に沿ったプライシングアクションを提案・実行していくためにプライシング部長のサポート役を担っていただきます。プライシング戦略の構築にあたっては、他社料率戦略などの外部環境や収益状況などの内部環境を多角的に把握したうで、高度なポートフォリオ分析やモデリング分析を行って頂きます。プライシング戦略の実行時には、本部内だけではなく、他本部とも連携して推進する必要があるため、強いリーダーシップを発揮して頂きます。また、急速な市場環境の変化に対応するために、常に迅速な商品開発（料率改定）が必要となり、FSAとの交渉を主導して頂きます。
部内には若手社員が多く存在するため、彼らの育成・キャリア開発のサポートのみならず、働きやすい環境を部長とともに推進して頂きます。

■Job Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting the Manager of Pricing Department to propose/execute pricing actions in line with the company strategy. For development of the pricing strategy, duties include advanced portfolio analysis and modeling analysis based on the multifaceted knowledge on the external environment such as competitors’ pricing strategies and the internal environment such as earnings performance. For execution of the pricing strategy, strong leadership is required for promotion not only within the Division but also in collaboration with other Divisions. In addition, as prompt product development (pricing change) is always essential to adapt to the rapidly changing market environment, responsibilities also include leading negotiations with FSA.
Since the Department members include many junior employees, the job also requires supporting their training and career development as well as promoting a pleasant working environment with the Manager of the Department.

■本ポジションに求められる必要要件(1): 専門知識、職務経験
・損害保険に関わるプライシング業務経験を有する（自動車保険のプライシング経験があれば尚可）
・複雑な分析結果について定量的かつ定性的に分かりやすく説明できる
・保険（損保）数理・統計分析・保険業規制に関する知識を有する
・データ分析に関する知識・経験（SAS、Pythonなど）
・FSA認可折衝の経験があれば尚可
・モデリング（GLM）に関する知識・経験があれば尚可
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば尚可

・Experience in pricing in the area of general insurance (experience in pricing of automobile insurance is preferred)
・Capable of giving clear explanations in quantitative and qualitative terms on the result of complex analyses
・Has knowledge on (general) insurance actuary, statistical analyses, and insurance business regulations
・Knowledge and experience related to data analysis (SAS, Python, etc.)
・Experience in negotiation for FSA approval is preferred
・Knowledge and experience in modeling (GLM) are preferred
・Experience in project management is preferred

【FSA認可対応】
・基礎書類（算出基礎、算出方法書）の作成
・FSA折衝対応
【ポートフォリオ分析】
・外部要因や内部要因を適切に把握したうえでポートフォリオ変化の（要因）分析を実施
・料率改定による影響調査およびそれに基づくアクションプランの策定
【料率改定案の策定】
・会社戦略に沿った料率改定案の作成および実施
・料率改定に伴う他本部との調整（社内承認手続き・オペレーション部門への説明・IT開発など）
【若手社員の育成】
・若手社員の日常業務のサポートおよび指導
・キャリア開発の支援
■Key Accountabilities
【Handling FSA approval】
・Creation of FSA negotiation materials
・Negotiations with FSA
【Portfolio analysis】
・Analysis of portfolio change based on the proper knowledge on external and internal factors
・Review of the pricing change and development of the action plan based on it
【Developing proposal of pricing change】
・Development and execution of the pricing change proposals in line with the company strategy
・Coordination with other Divisions associated with pricing change (internal approval procedure, explanation to Operations departments, IT development, etc.)
【Training of junior employees】
・Support and guidance to junior employees with their daily work
・Support for career development
