Your Role

Working with a 20+ member product & engineering organization, as a Product Analyst, you will own the role of turning data into actionable convincing stories that influence the product team to prioritize product quality to provide the best possible experience to users. You will also collaborate with team members from Product as well as Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Intern/Host Company Management to provide an external perspective on the product and leverage product data to support both customers and customer-facing teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Continuously identify and analyze user experience data, develop tracking metrics, and ensure all product strategies and roadmaps are as data informed as possible.
• Own the implementation of data collection and tracking of respective Product segment
• Develop deep analytical insights around product usability and experience across data sets on the VI platform by applying quantitative analysis skills towards improving product experience
• Build strategic relationships and communicate regularly with other teams, and initiate and drive positive impact on product by influencing and collaborating with them
• Create, manage and own Dashboards for Product and other cross-functional teams

Who Are We Looking For

As a Product Analyst, you will have deep ownership to build an environment of data informed product understanding, mapping and decision making, and must have the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights towards making the product more customer centric.

Attributes and experiences:

• 2+ years of full-time analytics experience in a fast paced product company
• Must have (non-negotiables for the role) -
  • Expertise in writing performant and complex sql queries
    
  • Fully hands-on knowledge of python for data analysis (pandas, numpy etc)
  • Hands-on experience of product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, GA or equivalents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English)
• Experienced and thriving in situations of having complete ownership of initiating and driving projects with minimum guidance and oversight
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and creating stories from data

You'll stand out in the crowd if you have:

• An engineering (BE / BTech) degree or an equivalent degree in STEM/Analytics
• Experience working in a Product Startup environment: “thriving in chaos, but working towards structure”
• Intent and ability to present data analysis to business stakeholders
• Ability to declutter noise through data, and present data-backed ways forward for product

• Remote-First: We're a remote-first business so you will receive a Work From Home Budget depending on your location. If you're based in Vietnam, we also have an HCMC office you can work from.
