Join our vibrant technology team dedicated to innovation and the creation of cutting-edge products at blockit in the role of a Product Leader. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will guide and motivate a diverse, cross-functional team comprising product managers and designers. This position calls for a dynamic and visionary Product Leader with a robust entrepreneurial spirit to spearhead innovation. As an integral team member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings, contributing significantly to the organization's growth. Working closely with leadership, your responsibilities will encompass driving ideation, execution, and the successful delivery of new product initiatives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth product integration and successful market adoption.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of product initiatives.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, data analytics preferred
• 10+ years experience in a Product Management, Operations or Technology related position required
• Demonstrated experience leading product teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience successfully driving end-to-end delivery of products, features and services
• Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment required
• Experience working in a startup environment is desirable
